Quality was not good. Not what I expected from Tempur Pedic.
Not comfortable. It's like laying head direct on mattress no support.
I have two pillows that costed quite a bit and can't use.

I purchased my first pillow nearly three years ago and recently decided it was time for a replacement. Since I was very satisfied with the original, I chose to buy the exact same model again. I've been using the new pillow for about two weeks now, and I have to say I much prefer the old one. The new version is significantly softer, and when I lay my head on it, it sinks in much more than the previous one. I'm not sure if the fabric or filling material has changed, but the feel is noticeably different from the original pillow.

I purchased the tempura-Cloud +Cooling Pillows to help with neck pain, but it's not working out for me. My neck actually hurts more. They are nice and soft, but uncomfortable if you are having any neck pain issues.

Disappointed with how thin these pillows feel. The tempurepedic gel is comfortable but when you lay your head down it sinks in making it feel even thinner. They're not returnable either so if you like a fuller pillow I wouldn't recommend this one.

I simply love Tempur-pedic I have a Tempur-pedic mattress it's worth some money. Had the hills for many years decided to upgrade their built to last you love these pillows.

I think it's a great bargain for the price. If you're a back sleeper, this is perfect. I pair with a sham or additional pillow under it, when I want more height

I got this pillow as a secondary pillow. Not one that I would normally lay my head on, but one I hold onto or shift around with at night. One I stack on my main pillow when I want to sit up, you know? It's so ridiculously soft and comfortable to hold onto. It has the right amount of give to it without just caving. The cost was great for the product I received. I even put in extra for the additional cooling aspect to it, which was a genius idea on their part to suggest.

I have bought this pillow at three different times in the last 10 years and never before have I noticed the quality drop like it did with the last purchase I made recently. It has less foam and lower quality foam than before to a point that it's bothering my neck and I had to stop using it.
