As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 509-684-4491 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Warranties & Service


Sofas, loveseats, recliners, chairs, sleepers, rockers:

Frames have a LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE (We will repair or replace parts free of charge for the useful life of the product- there will be a charge for labor after the first year). Fabrics, cushions buttons, seams, and springs will be guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.


Reclining mechanisms carry a LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE (We will repair or replace parts for the useful life of the product- there will be a labor charge after the first year)

Bedroom, Dining Room, Occasional Tables:

Construction is guaranteed against breaking, warping or splitting from normal household use for one year from the date of delivery.

Power Units:

Each manufacturer has different warranties on power mechanisms. All So-Cozi Message mechanisms are 1 year from the date of delivery.

Mattress Sets:

All mattresses and foundations are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Additional warranties are provided by the manufacturer depending on the specific model that is purchased. All mattresses and foundations must have the law tag attached to the item or it will void manufacturers warranty. Any stains will also void the manufacturers warranty.

Labor Charges:

We will pay the labor charges to repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the original purchaser for the one year from the delivery date. After the initial year, the purchaser will be responsible for labor charges to make the repair, except in those cases where a manufacturer’s warranty includes labor to preform the repair.

Transportation Charges:

Transportation charges will apply. Manufacturers warranties do not cover transportation to pick items up, drop off or for service calls. Saundra’s will cover transportation charges only within the first year of purchase and if the customer has purchased delivery. Saundra’s will not cover any transportation costs within the first year if delivery on the original items was not purchased.

Protection Plan Buy Back Program:

If you purchase a 5-year extended protection plan and have not used the plan within the 5 years, you are eligible to received store credit for the amount of the plan. Saundra’s will honor an in-store credit, good for one year, equal to 100% of the purchase price of the protection plan, if a claim has not been made by the expiration date. Good towards a minimum purchase of double the value of the credit issued. The store credit must be redeemed within 6 months of the protection plan expiring.

What to do if your furniture needs serviced:

Gather any information you can including the original receipt and serial numbers. The item must be purchased from Saundra’s Furniture to be eligible for service. Next, please provide pictures of the issue, pictures of law tags and description of what is happening. You can email the pictures and information to If you can’t email them, please bring all the information you can into our counter where we will fill out a service request form. If we need to make a service call, there may be a charge based on location. It is best if you can bring in the item for repair. Please call ahead for scheduling.
